The roof, at 15°

Put the roof on: a board 200 × 150, 15 thick, tipped down 15° at the front so the rain runs off. It turns on its back edge, on the top of the sides, tight against the back.

␣RPQSet up the modelMeasurements

Follows the model you're drawing: each step ticks itself once it's done.

  1. Press Set up the model. The whole box is there but its roof.

You should see: The sides slope down to the front, ready for the roof.

  2. RectangleR Click the top corner of the left side, at the back. Press ↑ so the rectangle lies flat, move right and towards the front, and type 150,200 Enter. Push/PullP Pull it up and type 15 Enter. SelectSpace Triple-click it, press G and name it Roof.

You should see: A flat roof, sticking out over the front.

  3. RotateQ With the roof selected, click its bottom corner at the back on the right, where it sits on the side. Press → so it turns round the red axis. Click the roof's bottom corner at the front on the right, move down and type 15 Enter.

You should see: The roof slopes down onto the sides.

  4. Press Check my work.

You should see: 1 of 1 right.
